3. In the territory of the Company, the relevant party shall discharge pollutants in accordance with the national and local discharge standards, take necessary measures to minimize pollution discharge, and dispose of waste in a timely and proper manner;

4. Within the territory of the Company, the relevant parties shall properly keep dangerous goods, take preventive measures to prevent accidents during storage, transportation and use, and avoid environmental pollution and production accidents;

5. In the territory of the Company, the relevant party shall not occupy the green area, destroy the green seedlings, damage the environmental protection facilities, discard garbage and other acts at will;

6. In the material transportation, the relevant parties should complete the procedures, the vehicle is in good condition, the exhaust gas is qualified, the vehicle mark is clear, and the problem of leakage pollution is resolutely eliminated;

Seven. The relevant parties that do not meet the requirements will put forward rectification suggestions, and the company will take appropriate measures to reduce the impact on the environment if the rectification does not comply with or refuses to rectify.
